A little more about Katie

Katie Tinkler is an East London based decorative artist with over 10 years experience. Katie specialises in decorative murals and specialist finishes with a focus on detail and always ensures client's briefs are met and on schedule. Katie is able to adapt her painting style to fit any request and budget.

Katie's favourite style of murals are intricate landscape compositions focusing on the beauty of nature with a cheerful and unique twist, she also has a particular fondness for painting animals, birds and all creatures.

Katie studied Theatre Design at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she specialised in Scenic art - the painting of large scale theatrical backdrops. Since graduating, Katie has worked in Theatre, TV, indie films, events  and interior design.
